Executive Directors


Nancy Archer and Lance Clark

Lance and Nancy have been summer residents of the Ticonderoga and Hague areas for many years and now live in Hague year round.
They recently retired from the United Nations, where Lance served as UN Ambassador in the country of Georgia and as head of the UN system and its economic development work in Georgia and in Serbia. During his 36 years of international work he also helped lead refugee assistance programs and relief and peace efforts in various conflict-affected countries, such as Somalia, Rwanda, and Former Yugoslavia, and most recently in Sudan and South Sudan.

Among Nancy's work has been refugee integration in the U.S., serving as the Asia Region Director for Christian Children's Fund, and coordination of child protection for UNICEF and World Vision in the country of Georgia. Most recently she has coordinated economic development actions for the UN in the conflict-affected Darfur region of Sudan, and employment generation programs for ex-combatants in northern Sudan.




Patrick Ida

Chief Financial Officer,  owns and operates a Certified Public Accounting firm in Ticonderoga.  He lives in Ticonderoga with his wife Carolyn and daughter Lillith.  Mr. Ida began his career in public accounting in 1981 working for Telling & Potter CPAs in Ticonderoga.  He relocated to Glens Falls in 1982 to work for Silverstein and Loftus CPAs and came back to Ticonderoga in 1986 to manage Telling & Potter’s Ticonderoga office until 1994 when he purchased the office from them.  Mr. Ida holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Plattsburgh State University of New York and is also licensed by the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant.  Mr. Ida has been a member of the Ticonderoga Kiwanis Club since 1981, serving as Treasurer from 1988 to 1992 and President for fiscal year 1994-95.  He has also served as President of the Kiwanis Scholarship Fund since its creation in 1998 to present.  Additionally he served on the board of Inter-Lakes Health as Treasurer from 1998 to 2009 and Chairperson for fiscal year 2009-2010.  He has also been a member of Glens Falls National Bank’s Regional Advisory Board since 2007.

The Ticonderoga Revitalization Alliance is a not-for-profit local development corporation whose mission is to help restore economic prosperity in the Ticonderoga region by serving as a catalyst for public-private partnerships and investment opportunities.
